Year 10 student, Ella Fullerton, was awarded First Place in the student woodworking competition at the 2025 Brookfield Show. Ella’s winning entry – a beautifully constructed outdoor table – was created as part of her Year 10 Design Technology (Manufacturing) class. The piece combined expert timber craftsmanship with intricate tiling design.

The Brookfield Show is a long-standing Brisbane event that highlights agricultural and creative excellence from students across the region. Ella’s success is testament to her dedication and skill, and the strength of St James College hands-on learning programs.
