ERA for Change

“We have to understand how globalisation works, and how working together and teaching people about global diversity and advocacy is essential for the future.”

— Isikeli Kubunameca, Assistant Principal Identity and Global Advocacy

ERA for Change is a student-run youth advocacy network that connects passionate students from St James with other Edmund Rice Education Australia students. The network encourages young people to be an active voice and participant in issues that they are passionate about, including those that impact:

  • Asylum seekers and refugee causes.
  • Homelessness.
  • The First Nations people.
  • Human trafficking.
  • Climate change.
